This is a bearing spacer for front stub axles, 356C. The inner diameter of this spacer is 38 mm and it's pressed onto the spindle. Outer diameter is 45 mm.

Note: This spacer is also the sealing surface for the grease seal (477 405 641). It should be replaced if a groove is more than slightly showing.
