We are now manufacturing new brake shoes which eliminate the need to re-line old cores. New shoes sets are in stock, ready for shipment. These new shoes are laser cut on both the web and the friction platform. Pieces are precision aligned and TIG welded to create durable and accurate parts.

For over-sized shoes, the non-asbestos "FF" code friction material is 7,50 mm thick. These shoes should be used when drums measure 281,00 or larger.

Note: Inspect your drums carefully if they measure beyond 281 mm. If slight cracking or crazing is seen, the iron lining will need replacement.
