IMPORTANT - Upon package receipt, inspect all parts for correctness and damage. Please save all packaging and boxes.

For replacements due to damage:
All reports of shipping damage must be reported within 5-days of receipt. If the outside of box shows damage, please stop and take photographs of the following:
- Outside of packaging (two or more different angles)
- Inner packing materials
- Label on package
- 2-4 images of the damaged part.
Send all photographs to Parts@stoddard.com along with the invoice number and part numbers of damage items.
A replacement, if available, will be sent to you as soon as possible. If no replacement is available in a timely manner, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For all other returns:
All returns are subject to approval.
NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Customer damaged or modified parts
- Special priced or clearance parts
- Electrical Parts
- Custom and special ordered parts.
- Manuals and Publications
Any returns over 30 days old from the date of delivery will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 20% or greater restocking fee on all returns.
For returns, all parts must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unblemished. Please do not write on or place return shipping labels on manufacturers packaging.
Any parts not in the original packaging or in packaging that has been altered may result in a higher restocking fee or denial of the refund.
All parts must be in resalable, as-new condition.
Any modified or customer damaged parts will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Please contact us at parts@stoddard.com or call (800) 342-1414 Ext 238 to receive approval and a Return Authorization Number prior to returning part. Receiving approval does not guarantee a refund. All parts are inspected when return is received.
Once you have your return authorization number, print it on the outside of the shipping container, NOT on the part’s packaging. Then send your unwanted items to the following address:

Once received all parts are inspected before the refund is processed. Once approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method
The following terms of warranty apply to all Parts and Accessories sold by Stoddard NLA-LLC.
SIC warrants that every new and remanufactured part and accessory sold to a customer will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months/unlimited mileage from date of sale of the part or accessory to the original customer.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the parts or accessories to the original customer.
Items Covered:
Any part or accessory sold by Stoddard that is determined by Stoddard to be defective will be either repaired or replaced with a new or remanufactured part. The labor required to remove, repair or replace the defective part or accessory is not reimbursable. Items and Damages Not Covered:
- Parts or accessories damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, accidents or fire, or which have been improperly lubricated repaired or installed, or used in applications for which they were not designed.
- Parts or accessories made from cloth or leather (upholstery, convertible tops), wood, paint or chrome which have been affected by environmental conditions, including, but not limited to, airborne fallout, chemicals, tree sap, road salt, hail, windstorms and other environmental factors.
- Glass breakage and scratches are not covered unless a manufacturing fault can be established.
- Parts or accessories from vehicles used in competitive events.
- Any loss or damage caused by installation of an incorrect part. While Stoddard has made every effort to ensure that the information in this catalog is complete and accurate, please call us before attempting to install a part that you suspect is incorrect for the application.
- Throughout the catalog, there are notes that give technical suggestions; Stoddard is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages pertaining to these suggestions. Some prior automotive experience on your part is assumed. When in doubt or if you have any questions, please call us first.
Consequential Damages Excluded:
Stoddard is not responsible for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense or any other incidental or consequential damages.
To Obtain Warranty Repair or Replacement:
Present Stoddard with a copy of your original sales slip, name, mailing address, phone number, date of delivery of the part or accessory, when purchased, date of failure of the part or accessory, your vehicle’s VIN number, and a description of the problem. Please call to arrange return before sending parts or accessories.
No Other Warranties Made
This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties of Stoddard or any distributor of Stoddard parts. Any implied warranty is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Stoddard does not assume, or authorize any person to assume on its behalf, any other obligation or liability.
